Mr Nick Johnston has graciously agreed to serve as one of the Advisors in our Board. With his experience as a business owner and also as an investor, he would be a valuable addition to the Board of Advisors.

Nick founded a recruitment company in Tokyo called Wall Street Associates (WSA) Japan in 1999.
WSA diversified into several sectors and into other cities in Japan. From his strong leadership, he made oriented; He ensured WSA were the first international recruitment company to receive the ISO the business efficient, transparent and strongly process 9001 2000 certification in Japan.
He built a talented management team and rewarded high performance with stock options and equity in the business. Subsequently thanks to his consistent leadership, WSA was purchased by en-japan, the premium Japanese online recruitment company, in 2010 and rebranded to enworld.
Enworld had over 180 staff in offices in Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, Singapore, Hong Kong, Seoul and Sydney, Net Fee Income of US$28,000,000 and profit margin of over 25% when I stepped down as CEO in June 2012.
Since stepping down as CEO he’s invested in several tech. start ups’ as well as a number of professional services companies in the region.
Nick is also on the board of directors of the Hope International Development Agency which is focused on Poverty Alleviation in Asia.
